Welcome to Dream Neighborhood (the "Service"), operated by MotorMouth Corp. ("we," "us," or "our"). The Service is licensed to real estate professionals ("Customers"). The embeddable widgets and PDF reports will be used by (“End Users”).
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service, including the dashboard for Customers, embeddable widgets, PDF report generation, and related content or functionality offered through www.dreamneighborhood.com (the "Site") for Customers and End Users.
By signing up, accessing, or using the Service (including as an End User via a widget or PDF report), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. Customers and End Users represent that their use complies with all applicable laws, including the Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq.), which prohibits discrimination based on protected characteristics, Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. § 12131 et seq.) for accessibility, and Section 8 housing voucher non-discrimination guidelines from HUD.
2.1 Customer Account Creation: Customers must create an account by providing accurate information, including email (required for communications) and optional phone. Onboarding requires agreement to these Terms, Privacy Policy, and compliance with real estate laws.
2.2 End User widget and PDF use: End Users implicitly agree to our Terms, Privacy Policy and all Fair Housing laws via widget or PDF use. End Users are not authorized and must not use the service if they do not agree to the Terms, Privacy Policy, and compliance with real estate laws
2.3 Customer Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all account activities. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
2.4 Customer Communications Opt-In: By providing a phone number, you consent to receive marketing and account status text messages from us. Message frequency varies; msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for support. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See Privacy Policy for details.
2.5 Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, non-payment, or at our discretion. Upon termination, access ends, and data may be deleted.
3.1 License Grant: Subject to compliance, we grant Customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to embed widgets on their sites and generate/distribute PDF reports for real estate purposes. End Users receive a limited license to view widgets and PDF reports.
3.2 Usage Restrictions: Use the Service only for lawful purposes. PDF reports are for informational use; you may not modify, remove copyrights, attributions to data sources, or any branding/legal notices. No sublicensing, reselling, or commercialization outside your practice without consent.
3.3 Compliance Obligations: Comply with Fair Housing Act, ADA Title II, and Section 8. Do not use the Service for discriminatory practices.
Subscriptions are required for Customer access and usage is billed in tiers. Subscriptions may auto-renew monthly or annually; and can be canceled via the realtor dashboard. No refunds are provided for partial periods or unused features. Free trials, if offered, may convert to paid unless canceled. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice. You are responsible for all taxes.
You retain ownership of submitted content ("User Content") but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for Service operations. User Content must not violate laws or these Terms (e.g., no discriminatory material). We may remove violating content.
The Service, including software, data, trademarks, and hyperlocal insights, is owned by us or licensors and protected by U.S. and international laws. You may not extract, copy, or use data outside the licensed scope. Feedback provided grants us a perpetual license.

The Service may link to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their content or practices. Use at your own risk.
You may terminate via contact or the realtor dashboard. We may terminate for any reason, including violations. Upon termination, licenses end; rescission of agreements triggers account deletion.
The Service is "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties. Data (e.g., crime stats, home prices) is sourced from public/private sources and may contain errors; verify independently. No liability for reliance on data.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
You indemnify us against claims from your use, violations, or reliance on Service data.
Governed by Florida laws. Disputes resolved via binding arbitration in Stuart, FL, per American Arbitration Association rules. No class actions.
We may update Terms; notified via Site. Continued use accepts changes.
These Terms are the entire agreement. If a provision is invalid, others remain. No waivers unless written. We may assign Terms; you may not without consent.
