By signing up for the Service, generating PDF reports, or embedding the widget on your website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
As a Customer, you represent that your use of the Service complies with all applicable real estate laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq.), which prohibits discrimination in housing based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability, and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. § 12131 et seq.), which requires accessibility in places of public accommodation (including websites).
2.1 Account Creation
To access the Service, you must create an account as a Customer. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your real estate license details (if applicable), and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws (such as Fair Housing or Title II requirements).

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

You must maintain our branding and any required attributions on the widget and PDF reports. You agree to use the Service only for lawful real estate purposes and in a manner that positions you as a neighborhood expert without misleading end users.

By submitting User Content, you grant MotorMouth Corp. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly perform, publicly display, and create derivative works based on your User Content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Service.

The hyperlocal data provided through the Service is sourced from various public and private sources with appropriate permissions. We do not own this data, and you may not use it for any purposes other than those expressly permitted under this license. You are prohibited from extracting, copying, or using the data for any other commercial or non-commercial purposes outside of the Service.

The Dream Neighborhood name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of MotorMouth Corp. or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such Feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

The hyperlocal data provided through the widget or reports is sourced from public and private sources and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12.2 Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Stuart, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
