By using the Service, you consent to these practices. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws when integrating the Service, including obtaining necessary consents from End Users.

1. Information Collected

We collect the following categories of personal information:

From Customers: Contact details (e.g., name, email, phone), professional information (e.g., license details, website URL), payment information, and usage data (e.g., interactions with the dashboard).
From End Users: Device and interaction data (e.g., IP address, location queries, viewed properties).

Personal information is used to provide and improve the Service, process transactions, communicate with you, comply with legal obligations, and for marketing purposes. For PDF reports generated through the Service, information is provided for informational use only; users may not modify content, remove copyrights, or alter required data attributions or sources.

We do not sell personal information without appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information to:

Service providers for operational support (e.g., hosting, analytics, payments).
Affiliates and business partners, including sharing aggregated or anonymized End User data with Customers for lead generation.
